Overview

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Forge Graphics online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Products and Compatibility

Forge Graphics sells replacement decal and graphic kits for equipment, trailers, and related applications. Customers are responsible for reviewing product titles, photos, measurements, model references, and other listing details before ordering. Compatibility references are provided to help identify intended applications and do not guarantee fit where equipment has been modified, repainted, repaired, or differs from the pictured or described configuration.

Before installation, inspect the product and compare it to the intended surface or machine. Do not remove backing paper, cut, alter, or apply a decal if you believe you received the wrong item.

Orders and Pricing

We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or listing errors and may cancel or decline an order when necessary, including when a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurred, or an order presents a fraud or payment concern. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Installation

Proper surface preparation and installation are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. Results can be affected by surface condition, temperature, contaminants, prior coatings, application technique, and other factors outside our control.

Brand and Model References

Manufacturer, brand, and model names may be used in product listings solely to identify compatibility or intended application. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Forge Graphics is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the equipment or vehicle manufacturers referenced in compatibility descriptions.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the separate Forge Graphics Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Website Use

You may not use the Forge Graphics website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, interference with the site, unauthorized access, or any activity that could damage the store, Shopify platform, or other users.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forge Graphics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, improper installation, surface damage caused by installation or removal, or use of a product on an incompatible application. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of use or purchase will apply to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
